EnProve SC sodium sesquicarbonate is a granular, high purity product that offers the combination of increased sorbent utilization and ease of handling. EnProve SC is received and stored as a granular material and then milled to the desired particle size prior to injection.

As part of a dry injection system, EnProve SC is injected with nozzles directly into the flue gas
ducts to remove SO2, SO3, HCl and HF. The spent sorbent is removed along with the fly ash in an existing electrostatic precipitator or fabric filter collector before they are released through the stack and into the atmosphere.
